Most of our products are in stock and dispatched the following day. If the product is not in stock the lead time is usually 4/5 weeks and we will send you a message for the confirmation. Please note that our products are all bespoken.
Standard UK delivery: £8 - up to 5 working days.
UK offshore (including northern Ireland), highlands and islands: up to 20 working days. A signature is required upon receipt.

Return & Exchange
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products and would like a refund or exchange, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition with proof of purchase in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for postage cost of returned goods. we suggest that you use recorded delivery as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely at our address. Please provide tracking number too.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days of receipt by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement. It is your responsibility to verify that the parcel is not damaged when you receive it.
In case the parcel is damaged upon receipt, please sign the courier note as "damaged" and contact us as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days providing the tracking number.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you may do so by sending us an email at email@example.com quoting your name and order number.
